With over 20 years of experience in coaching and advising CEOs and executive teams, Mihai specializes in helping leaders enhance both their professional and personal effectiveness. His career has been built on the foundation of nature-inspired leadership, drawing deep insights from the natural world to cultivate resilient, adaptive, and purpose-driven leaders.
Drawing on extensive training in leadership development and psychology, Mihai had the privilege of working with more than 200 leaders, from owners of small and medium enterprises to corporate CEOs, managing directors, and executive teams across multiple sectors.
As both a psychologist and anthropologist with a deep interest in animal behavior and ethology, he has developed a unique approach to leadership that emphasizes the interconnectedness of human and natural systems. His work integrates the principles of nature’s resilience, adaptation, and balance into executive leadership, helping leaders foster environments that nurture both individual and team growth.
His hands-on involvement with sustainability is reflected in his role on the supervisory boards of companies throughout Eastern Europe, as well as his non-executive board position with WWF CEE—the first multi-national office of WWF focused on the Danube-Carpathian region.
